Best Practices for Case Management: Driving Results Through Data-Driven Conversations

Occupational Health (OH) case managers play a crucial role in managing return-to-work (RTW) processes, ensuring employees recover fully while minimizing disruptions. Without impactful interventions, barriers to recovery can lead to prolonged absences, higher risks of long-term disability, and increased costs for organizations.

Join Cority and MDGuidelines for an in-depth look at case management best practices and learn how Occupational Health software can streamline workflows, provide real-time access to evidence-based guidelines, and support case managers in optimizing recovery timelines while reducing the risk of long-term disability.

Key takeaways from the webinar include:

  • Proactive Recovery Management
  • Data-Driven RTW Planning
  • Best Practices for Occupational Health Software Integration
  • A detailed case study showcasing the tangible benefits of early intervention and data utilization
