On September 20th 2022, Sirsa was acquired by Cority. Through this acquisition, the global enterprise EHS provider was able to enhance its sustainability and ESG technology and its advisory services to serve a broader spectrum of customers, including financial institutions.
Sirsa was established in 2014 with the mission to address the unique challenges private markets investors face when measuring and improving the ESG performance of their portfolios. In 2021, Sirsa rebranded as Reporting 21, the name of its flagship SaaS-based ESG reporting tool. Sirsa’s platform was incorporated into Cority’s Sustainability Cloud, part of Cority’s integrated responsible business platform, CorityOne. The Sustainability Cloud benefits from datasets throughout an organization being aggregated and fed into one central location to uncover key insights and create a single, accurate, and holistic view of ESG and sustainability performance.
